The Tell All Your Friends Demo : ウィキペディア英語版 | The Tell All Your Friends Demo
''The Tell All Your Friends Demo'' is the demo that convinced Victory Records to sign Taking Back Sunday. All of the songs (except "Your Own Disaster") were re-recorded for their debut album Tell All Your Friends. Your Own Disaster was later re-recorded for Where You Want To Be and released as Japanese bonus track. The song "Mutual Head Club" was re-titled "Head Club" for its re-recording, and "Monterey Peninsula Bike Scene" was changed to "Bike Scene". The spoken word at the beginning of "Great Romances of the Twentieth Century" is taken from the movie ''Beautiful Girls''. Two versions are known to exist. One, titled "The 'Tell All Your Friends" Demo', with a picture of a man and woman kissing on the insert, and a later one titled only 'Taking Back Sunday', with a picture of an amp. Both versions were recorded at Mike Sapone's recording studio, burned onto CD-R and packaged in a thin plastic slip-case. It was once believed that the band destroyed all remaining copies, but Shaun Cooper stated on his formspring.me account that the band didn't destroy anything.〔http://www.formspring.me/shaunwcooper/q/627849174〕 ==Track listing==
